Marc J. Mandich

Marc J. Mandich joined Southern Med Law in the Fall of 2019. Marc is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Jesuit High School. Marc attended Louisiana State University where he earned a bachelors in finance. Marc went on to attend law school at Loyola University New Orleans where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013. During law school, Marc was the brief writer for Loyola’s Admiralty and National Moot Court Teams and received “Best Brief” in the Southeast Regional Competition (where his team also finished first and went on to Nationals). Marc was both a Crowe Scholar and Order of the Barristers.

Marc specializes in medical negligence, products liability, maritime law, defamation and reputational torts, insurance and insurer bad-faith litigation and appeals. Marc is an accomplished appellate advocate and has argued several cases before the United States Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Marc is married to attorney Gianna Mandich of Southern Med Law. Marc and Gianna share one son.
