Biography

Marc Bishop focuses his practice on general business representation and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and finance of companies. A trusted advisor, Marc works closely with clients to find reasonable, effective solutions to legal problems.

Marc serves as the general corporate counsel to a variety of companies, providing and coordinating legal services meeting the needs of operating businesses, including services relating to organizational structure, contracts and leases, equity and debt financing, ownership and licensing of intellectual property, labor and employment, executive compensation, commercial real estate, commercial disputes, succession planning, and ownership and operation of aircraft.

Marc has handled hundreds of mergers and acquisitions for businesses in an array of industries.

Marc represents companies and individuals as borrowers, as well as financial institutions and individuals as lenders, in business loan transactions. He also works with companies on raising capital and issuing equity interests, and he counsels investors on various business investment transactions.

Marc represents businesses in the aviation industry on issues related to the purchase and sale of aircraft. He also counsels clients on the structuring of ownership, operation, lease and use of aircraft under applicable FAA regulations.
