Marc Belloli

Marc Belloli is a trial lawyer at Bunsow De Mory LLP in Redwood City, California. His practice focuses on Litigation - Patent, including patent litigation and patent monetization matters. He represents clients in complex disputes across a range of industries and forums throughout the United States.

Marc has tried cases to verdict and has resolved matters through negotiated settlements in federal courts nationwide. His recent matters include serving as lead trial counsel for Garrity Power Services in a patent infringement case involving two-way wireless charging technology against Samsung, which resolved shortly before trial. He also developed and presented the damages case for Wapp Technologies in litigation against Micro Focus, resulting in a $172.5 million jury verdict. In that matter, he obtained judgment as a matter of law addressing prior art defenses before the case was submitted to the jury.

Throughout his career, Marc has led litigation teams in numerous patent infringement cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His experience spans all phases of Litigation - Patent matters, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, trial, and appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also works with clients on strategies for evaluating and monetizing intellectual property portfolios outside of active litigation.

Outside of his legal practice, Marc enjoys racing sailboats and spending time with his family, including attending his daughter’s swim meets and water polo matches.
