Marc-André Godin practices commercial law, with specific expertise in real estate, investments, commercial leases, procurement and general commercial law, in particular:

Marc-André has been involved in a number of major transactions over the course of his career, including due diligence mandates with environmental, commercial and real estate components. He also advises clients on their business needs and internal strategies.

Marc-André has served as an in-house legal advisor to institutional clients, as well as to a real estate venture capital fund. He also worked as a legal advisor to a federal Crown corporation and a national commercial brokerage firm, supporting their needs in the areas of commercial and real estate law.
