Manuela Luft

Since 2012 Manuela Luft has been advising private and public-sector clients as well as building companies and planning offices in all matters associated with private building law, architecture and engineering law as well as contract awarding law. She assists clients with advice from the start of a project by, for example, taking on the drafting of contracts, any project-based legal consultation as well as representation in civil-law disputes. Apart from the creation of contract awarding procedures, consultation services accompanying the contract-awarding process and representation in contract awarding review proceedings, Manuela Luft also provides organisational assistance and takes on the publication of tenders for public-sector clients. She also has experience when it comes to the implementation of innovative contract models of integrated project development.
