Employment, compensation and benefits. Manel has extensive experience in all areas of employment relationships, including handling legal proceedings, providing strategic advice on employment law matters, negotiating in collective disputes, and developing occupational risk prevention plans and equality plans, among other matters.

With almost 30 years of experience, until now he was a partner of a well-known Spanish firm, where he was a member of the Management Committee and Director of the Barcelona office. Prior to this, he worked in his own office, at Caixa Catalunya, at the Catalan Health Institute and at the National Institute of Social Security.

Career

Manel Hernàndez joined Pérez-Llorca in september 2022 as partner of the Employment practice area. Prior to this, he developed his career in reputable Spanish firms in the area of labour law.
