Mallory Wyant

Mallory Wyant is an associate in the Advocacy & Litigation group at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her practice includes family law and estate litigation, with experience advising clients on family law litigation and negotiated agreements.

Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2021 and completed a Certificate in Public International Law at the Bader International Study Centre. During law school, she served as a caseworker with the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic, where she represented federally incarcerated individuals in disciplinary court proceedings and assisted with constitutional challenges and human rights complaints.

Before joining Farris LLP in 2022, Mallory articled with an international law firm in Vancouver. She brings a thoughtful and practical approach to advocacy, assisting individuals and families with family law matters in British Columbia.
