Mallory Wyant is an Associate in the advocacy & litigation group at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her practice focuses on family law and estate litigation, including family law disputes, negotiated agreements, and related litigation matters. She advises individuals and families on a range of family law issues in British Columbia with a practical and client-focused approach.
Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2021 and completed a Certificate in Public International Law at the Bader International Study Centre. During law school, she served as a caseworker with the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic, where she represented federally incarcerated individuals in disciplinary court proceedings and assisted with constitutional challenges and human rights complaints.
Before joining Farris LLP in 2022, Mallory articled with an international law firm in Vancouver. Her experience includes assisting clients with family law litigation, negotiated settlements, parenting and support matters, property division issues, and estate litigation. She is committed to helping clients navigate legal matters efficiently and thoughtfully while working toward practical resolutions.
