Mallory McKnight Fuller is senior counsel and Director of E-Discovery at Kean Miller in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She joined the firm in 2014 and leads a multidisciplinary e-discovery team supporting complex litigation and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery and electronically stored information, including the development and implementation of discovery protocols in federal and state courts and the negotiation of search terms with opposing counsel.
Mallory manages the review and production of documents for matters involving Construction Law, oil and gas, energy, environmental, and other commercial disputes. Her work includes overseeing general and matter-specific document reviews and coordinating compliance with court-ordered discovery obligations.
She routinely prepares records custodians and corporate representatives for depositions related to e-discovery efforts. Mallory also assists corporate clients with custodian identification, supervises and participates in custodian interviews, oversees forensic data collection, and manages technology-assisted review processes, including predictive coding and continuous active learning.
