Amcom Telecommunications Ltd (now Vocus Communications) – acted in the $145 million acquisition and lease back of the Megaport fibre optic network assets.

Di Bella Coffee - advised one of Australia’s largest speciality coffee roasters, Di Bella Group, in its $47 million acquisition by Australia’s largest multibrand retail food franchisor, Retail Food Group Limited.

Oracle –eServGlobal sale – advised eServGlobal on the $110 million cross border acquisition of its USP business by Oracle.

Primus Telecommunications – advised Primus International on its $192 million sale of Primus Australia to M2 Telecommunications Group.

Cross border life sciences – acted for ChemGenex Pharmaceuticals in drafting and negotiating a significant deal with global pharmaceutical giant, Hospira to license, develop and commercialise ChemGenex’s lead cancer drug in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Africa.

Information technology – acted for Softlink in its Government Information Technology Conditions (GITC) contract to roll out its software to every government school in NSW.
