Maegan has deep experience in handling matters such as complex commercial disputes, reinsurance arbitrations, and internal investigations for white collar matters.

Maegan has experience in all phases of litigation from investigation through trial. She is adept at managing the discovery process, particularly when large volumes of information and complex documents are involved. Synthesizing data to prepare outlines for oral arguments, exhibit lists, and direct and cross examinations at trial, Maegan plays a vital role in formulating persuasive legal arguments and building strong cases for clients to resolve conflicts on positive terms. Her experience includes conducting extensive fact and expert discovery as well as drafting dispositive motions and briefs for mediation and arbitration. Maegan has drafted and argued successful motions in limine to help her clients properly limit the evidence to be presented at trial. She has also prepared and examined witnesses both at depositions and at trial.
