Madison H. Harada is a Senior Associate in Krieg DeVault LLP’s Health Care Practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her practice focuses on advising pharmacies, veterinarians, long-term care facilities, and other health care providers on state and federal regulatory and compliance matters, including licensure requirements,telehealth and telemedicine, Medicaid provider reimbursement, and the federal 340B program.
Ms. Harada also represents long-term care providers in Indiana in matters involving guardianship. She draws on her background in pharmacy and Medicaid matters to counsel health care clients on regulatory requirements and operational issues affecting their organizations.
Before joining Krieg DeVault LLP, Ms. Harada practiced in the private sector and served as a staff attorney in the Office of General Counsel for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. In that role, she represented the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning in administrative proceedings and litigated provider appeals involving various Medicaid program issues.
