Madeline Morgan

Madeline’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and commercial lending, with an emphasis on government-guaranteed lending. She regularly represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions. Her experience includes the representation of national and regional lenders in connection with acquisition financing, construction financing, and government-guaranteed financing.

Ms. Morgan graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Legal Studies Certificate. She then received her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016, where she served as an associate editor for the Georgia State Law Review.
