Biography

Madeleine Laupheimer represents a variety of clients in intellectual property litigation matters. Her practice includes litigation before federal district courts, appellate courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Laupheimer was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Taranto of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor, IV of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. As a law student, Ms. Laupheimer served as an articles editor of the Stanford Law Review and participated in the Juelsgaard Intellectual Property & Innovation Clinic, where she drafted an amicus brief filed in the Federal Circuit and another filed in the Supreme Court. Ms. Laupheimer has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and prior to law school she worked as an associate technologist in the Advanced Battery Group of TIAX LLC.
