Mac McBryde has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex syndicated and bilateral financing transactions. Mac brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to his legal practice, recognizing his clients’ needs for responsiveness and efficiency in executing a transaction.
Mac has experience across a wide array of financing transactions, including investment grade, leveraged, recapitalization and acquisition financings, and across a broad range of industries, including technology/telecom, restaurant finance, financial institutions, retail and consumer goods, and business services. His experience also includes both unsecured and secured transactions and, when secured, involve many types of collateral, from business assets, real property to franchise rights. Mac works closely with clients negotiating intercreditor and subordination arrangements among different creditors within a borrower’s capital structure.
