Lyubov Erigo has been a Senior Counsel and Attorney-at-Law in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Borenius Russia since February 2013. She has over thirty years of experience in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law.
Lyubov represents domestic and international companies in Russian courts in relation to: the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and decisions of international public courts; challenging transactions; the recovery of debt and compensation of losses; and disputes with state authorities. She also represents creditors in insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures.
She has solid experience in real estate, corporate, antimonopoly and shipping disputes, as well as defamation cases and disputes related to intellectual property. Lyubov represents clients in international arbitrations (the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce (ICAC) and the Maritime Arbitration Commission (MAC)), as well as Russian arbitral tribunals.
Lyubov has been recognized as “Veteran of St. Petersburg Advocacy” in addition to being awarded a first-tier medal o “For the protection of Human Rights and Freedoms”.
