Lyndsay brings over ten years of experience advising both public and private clients in connection with corporate finance matters, securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate governance and shareholder rights, with a strong emphasis on the natural resources sector.

Lyndsay is the former Vice Chair of the Securities Law Section of the British Columbia branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
