Luke began his career in Massachusetts and graduated first in his class from the Boston University Graduate Tax Program with an LL.M. in Taxation. He has been elected as a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has twice been elected Chair of the Tax Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
