Mr. Luis F. His practice spans complex commercial and employment litigation, sophisticated transactional work, and the negotiation and structuring of multi-million-dollar concession agreements, in addition to tort, personal injury, and premises liability claims before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and local courts.
Mr. Llach-Zúñiga has extensive experience advising management on employment and labor matters, including compliance with federal and local employment laws, human resources compliance, and policy development across the full employment life cycle. He regularly counsels clients on employee terminations, reductions in force, reorganizations, and leave and accommodation issues under applicable federal and local statutes.
