Luis Abraham Flores Archundia

Luis, appointed as partner as of January 1st 2026, is a labor and employment law specialist at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. He has more than 15 years of professional experience, including prior practice in civil and commercial law, as well as notarial matters.

His practice focuses on the analysis, structuring, and administration of individual employment relationships, as well as the management and resolution of labor disputes. He regularly advises clients in the banking and finance, insurance, and services sectors, and assists in the analysis and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and union relations.

Throughout his career, Luis has participated in significant projects, including large-scale personnel transfers involving more than one thousand employees and merger processes between two or more companies, covering both individual and collective labor matters.
