Luigi Valente

Luigi Valente’s practice is mainly transactional in nature, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and day-to-day commercial matters. Luigi routinely advises clients with the acquisition and divestiture of shares and assets, including cross-border transactions. He has acted as counsel for both issuers and investment dealers on a variety of securities law matters including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. Luigi also negotiates and drafts shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, and various other commercial agreements.
