Background

Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Wiesner served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Lloret in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Immediately following law school, Ms. Wiesner was an associate at a Delaware law firm, where she practiced corporate litigation primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Ms. Wiesner graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021, where she was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review. During her third year of law school, Ms. Wiesner served as a Law Student Clerk to the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017, earning a B.S. in Economics and minoring in Political Science.

Ms. Wiesner is licensed to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law Young Professionals Committee.
