Lucky Johal

Lucky Johal is an associate in the Real Estate Law practice group. He advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, commercial leasing (including retail, office and industrial) and joint ventures. Lucky also advises clients on a wide-range of corporate matters including the purchase and sale of businesses, business entity formations, reorganization and restructuring of private companies and various types of commercial agreements.
