Lucas Wüsthof

Lucas focuses on competition/antitrust, foreign trade, and regulatory law. He advises companies, particularly in technology-driven sectors, on structuring and executing joint ventures, cross-border mergers, infrastructure partnerships, and restructurings, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and competition law. Additionally, he assists clients with foreign direct investment (FDI) control in cross-border transactions as well as in matters of sanctions and export control law.

Another key focus is advising clients on the development, implementation, and optimization of business models in regulated sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure – with a particular focus on strategic alignment, contractual structuring, and commercial design.
