Luca commenced his career in 1989 working with recognised Italian Employment law firms such as Menegazzi and Trifirò e Associati. He then joined Abbatescianni Osborne Clarke in 1996 as a partner where he led the Employment and Industrial Relations Department. Ten years later, Luca became a founding partner of LABLAW.
Luca is a member of the Italian Bar Association, the Italian Supreme Court Bar, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the International Bar Association (IBA).EducationUniversity of Milan – JD 1988.
