Louise McLeod

Louise McLeod is an associate in Lawson Lundell’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation with an emphasis on estates and trusts litigation. She assists clients on a wide variety of matters, including wills variation, wills validity, capacity issues, unjust enrichment, constructive and resulting trusts, breach of fiduciary duties, committeeship applications, accountings and contract and property disputes. Louise has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. She also assists clients in resolving claims through negotiation and mediation.
