Louis-Philippe Desjardins is an associate and a member of the Montreal office's business law group. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities matters. Alongside his practice, Mr. Desjardins is currently pursuing an MBA at Université Laval to sharpen his knowledge of corporate finance and business management. Mr. Desjardins is fluent in French and English.
