Mr. Louis Mazurette’s practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law.

He practices mainly in the fields of businesses acquisition and by-out, corporate reorganisation, partnership agreement, financing and shareholders’ agreement. He acts for the benefit of privately own corporations as well as for non-profit organizations.

Mr. Mazurette’s clientele covers a broad range of activity sectors such as architecture, insurance, construction, engineering, building inspection, micro-breweries and micro-distilleries, multi-media, innovation and new technologies, health care (physicians, pharmacists, dentists, physiotherapists and optometrists), outfitting businesses, restaurant industry, life sciences and retail sales.

He also provides legal advice and represents some athletes in relation to their career and sports organizations in connection with their activities.
