Louis A. Annecchino is a lifelong Connecticut resident and a partner at Kennedy, Johnson, Schwab & Roberge PC in New Haven, Connecticut. His practice focuses on Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, including wrongful death claims and cases involving catastrophic and serious injuries. He represents individuals and families throughout Connecticut in complex personal injury matters arising from motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-related incidents.
Mr. Annecchino earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Bucknell University in 1990 and received his law degree from New England School of Law in 1993. He became a partner of Kennedy, Johnson, Schwab & Roberge PC in 2015.
Mr. Annecchino began his legal career as a litigator in Manhattan, where he represented clients in a broad range of matters involving product liability claims, aviation accidents, trade secret disputes, and labor and employment litigation. After returning to Connecticut, he continued his litigation practice in both Connecticut state and federal courts, representing companies and individuals in matters involving professional liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and complex personal injury claims.
In addition to his trial work, Mr. Annecchino has authored and argued appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court. He has also been selected by attorneys to serve as an arbitrator and mediator in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Mr. Annecchino is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the New Haven County Bar Association. He is also a former member of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. Since 2016, he has been recognized annually by Super Lawyers.
