Lorraine K. Madera

Lorraine Madera is an associate at Lubin Olson in San Francisco, California. Her practice focuses on Real Estate Law as part of the firm’s Real Estate, Business, and Leasing service groups. Ms. Madera represents property owners, developers, investors, and lenders in a range of commercial real estate and business transactions.

Her real estate practice includes advising clients on real property acquisitions and dispositions, land development matters, and construction financing. She also assists with capital raising transactions, joint venture formation, mortgage and mezzanine financing, and leasing matters. Through this work, Ms. Madera supports clients involved in complex real estate projects and commercial transactions throughout California.

In addition to her real estate work, Ms. Madera has experience with corporate finance, equipment leasing, venture capital transactions, and fund formation. This background allows her to assist clients whose real estate projects intersect with broader business and investment activities.

Before joining Lubin Olson, Ms. Madera served as associate counsel at ATEL Capital Group, where she worked on equipment leasing and finance matters. Earlier in her career, she was in-house counsel for an international solar company and practiced at a boutique corporate law firm, advising businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional issues.

Ms. Madera works with clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California on matters involving commercial real estate transactions, financing, and development.
