Lori Allen focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurers across North Carolina. She advises clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, and retail industries and defends claims through all stages of litigation before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
Lori handles complex claims and develops practical strategies to resolve disputes efficiently—whether through negotiated settlements or contested hearings. She is known for providing clear guidance and responsive service, helping clients navigate the legal and operational challenges that arise in workplace injury claims.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lori earned her undergraduate degree with highest distinction and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She also received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she earned the Gressman-Pollitt Award for excellence in appellate oral advocacy.
A Raleigh resident, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and cheering on her Tar Heels.
