Lori Isaj

Lori Isaj is an associate in the Wills, Trusts and Estates Practice Group at WeirFoulds.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Lori practiced at a full-service mid-sized law firm in the area of Trusts and Estates. She advises clients on estate planning and tax planning related to wills and domestic trusts. Lori has experience in preparing and advising clients on powers of attorney for property and for personal care. She advises estate trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of estate administration matters including applications for a certificate of appointment, estate accounting, and compensation. Lori also provides support on matters related to dependent support claims and guardianship proceedings.

Lori is an active member of several professional organizations and currently volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario providing free legal advice to Ontarians in need related to wills, powers of attorney and estates.

Outside of law, Lori enjoys travelling, yoga, and golf, and is a dedicated member of a trivia team.
