ASCO used Loretta Mince in an extremely complicated insurance matter that required skill, commercial and insurance expertise, and, above all, a level head and excellent manner in communicating complex legal matters to non-lawyers. In addition, we tasked our legal team with a tight timescale to achieve a satisfactory solution. Loretta has an excellent personality that fits well with business, and she understands the key requirements of her clients quickly. This was refreshing as too many lawyers can become detached from the requirements of their clients. Loretta led an impressive legal team on ASCO's behalf, which included specialist teams in the U.S. and London, resulting in an excellent result within our required timescales.
