Loren Shiu

Mr. Shiu serves as Senior Counsel at The Naumann Law Firm, PC, specializing in construction defect litigation. His focus is on guiding homeowners associations, commercial owners associations, and single-family homeowners throughout the entire litigation process, all the way to trial. He holds memberships in several esteemed legal organizations, including the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Before becoming part of The Naumann Law Firm, Loren honed his legal skills through hands-on experiences. He worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Martin J. Jenkins of the California Court of Appeals, First District. Additionally, he interned at the class action firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.

Loren has an impressive track record, having secured over $60,000,000 in monetary awards for his clients since 2012.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science – Public Law from the University of California at San Diego and a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law.

In his free time, Loren enjoys surfing, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife, kids, and their goldendoodle.
