She represents bank and non-bank financial institutions in loan documentation, defaults, workouts, foreclosure matters, secured creditor bankruptcy, and operational and regulatory issues. Lisa also advises individuals and businesses on real estate purchases and sales, leasing, lending transactions and general business litigation.
