Lisa Goddy is a trusts and estates attorney with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, families and business owners with estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, guardianship and guardian advocacy, special needs trusts and business succession planning. She also advises clients on complex estate structures, tax-aware gifting and multigenerational planning.
A significant part of Lisa’s practice involves helping families plan for loved ones with disabilities or additional needs. She advises on special needs trusts, guardianship and guardian advocacy, developing strategies designed to protect assets and preserve access to available benefits.
Lisa is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Elder Law Sections, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
