Lisa is a member of the KCL Law Estate Group. Her practice includes assisting clients in a broad range of estate matters, primarily focusing on estate, guardianship and administration disputes.
With over 5 years of experience, Lisa has strong expertise across all estate matters, having a special interest in complex contested will matters and trust matters.
Since joining KCL Law in 2023, Lisa has acted for clients in litigated matters including family provision claims, contested wills, guardianship and administration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa worked for a Melbourne based commercial law firm where she gained experience in complex estate, trusts and business succession planning, administration and disputes for high net wealth families. Lisa is uniquely placed to assist clients with tailored estate planning and litigation strategies to limit protracted and expensive litigation.
Lisa approaches her matters with great sensitivity and compassion. She takes great care to understand complex family dynamics and intergenerational issues and provides pragmatic and commercial advice.
Lisa was admitted to practice in 2019, after completing a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from La Trobe University. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and is currently undertaking her Master of Laws (Applied Law) in Wills & Estates at the College of Law. Lisa is working toward recognition as a trust and estate practitioner by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
