Lindsey is a Calgary, Alberta lawyer with McLeod Law LLP. She has practised law since 2012 and joined the firm’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates group in 2019. Her practice includes Trusts and Estates, with a focus on helping clients prepare Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives that reflect their wishes and intentions.
Lindsey works with clients to understand their circumstances, discuss their estate planning goals, and prepare planning documents that are clear and practical. She also assists clients with the administration of an estate after the death of a loved one, guiding them through the legal and administrative steps involved during a difficult time.
Lindsey is a member of STEP Canada, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and holds TEP status after completing the STEP Diploma. She is a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Wills, Estates, and Trusts Section and serves on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s Wills, Estates, and Trusts Section for Alberta South.
Outside of her practice, Lindsey enjoys hockey, cycling, reading, rainy days, and spending time with her family.
