Biography

Lindsay M. Goldbrum is a Partner at Goddard Law PLLC in New York, New York. Her practice focuses on Civil Rights Law, Labor and Employment Law - Employee, and Litigation - Labor and Employment. Lindsay represents plaintiffs in a broad range of employment matters involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination based on gender, LGBTQ+ status, pregnancy, race, disability, and age, as well as family and medical leave issues, whistleblower retaliation, and contract disputes. She has experience representing employees in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Lindsay has handled high-profile employment and civil rights matters involving nationally recognized individuals and organizations. She has represented six survivors of Harvey Weinstein in criminal and civil proceedings, including women who testified during Weinstein’s criminal sex abuse trials in New York in 2020 and 2025. Her experience also includes representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination and civil rights lawsuits involving companies and institutions such as Amazon, American Airlines, Hamilton the Musical, Point72 Asset Management, Maimonides Medical Center, and Columbia University.

Before joining Goddard Law PLLC, Lindsay practiced at Outten & Golden LLP and Wigdor LLP, where she represented employees in complex employment litigation matters. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained significant courtroom and trial experience.

In addition to her legal practice, Lindsay is active in advocacy and professional organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Since 2018, she has served on the Board of Directors of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York and is the co-chair of the organization’s Women’s Committee. She frequently speaks on panels and continuing legal education programs addressing LGBTQ+ workplace discrimination, employee rights, and related employment law issues.
