Lindsay advises growing technology companies on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including strategic and practical day-to-day advice on corporate governance and structuring, commercial matters, and equity compensation matters. Lindsay also helps clients prepare for and complete significant corporate transactions, including financing and M&A transactions.

Lindsay enjoys working with management teams at client companies over the long term, and building teams with her Fasken colleagues to efficiently deliver the varying types of legal support needed by clients as they grow. Lindsay also regularly acts for Canadian, US and other international funds and companies investing in, or purchasing, growth-stage technology companies.
