Linda M. Anderson is a Partner at Flicker Kerin LLP in San Ramon, California. Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Anderson represents clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property characterization and division, and complex high-asset disputes.
Ms. Anderson works with individuals and families throughout the Bay Area on matters involving family law litigation, negotiated settlements, and domestic violence issues. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and the Alameda County Bar Association.
Since 2019, Ms. Anderson has been selected to the Super Lawyers® Northern California Rising Stars list. The Rising Stars distinction is awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California who are either under 40 years old or have been practicing for 10 years or less. Selections are made through a third-party process that considers peer recognition, professional achievement, and other evaluative criteria.
Before joining Flicker Kerin LLP, Ms. Anderson practiced at a family law firm where she represented clients in matters involving complex marital property disputes, custody and visitation proceedings, and domestic violence cases.
Committed to community involvement and public service, Ms. Anderson serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Alameda County Bar Association.
Ms. Anderson earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2013 with a concentration in Advocacy. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and completed clerkships with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where she participated in bench trials and court hearings.
She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Law and Society.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Anderson enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
