Biography
Linda assists clients on a wide variety of employee benefit matters, including the design and ongoing administration of qualified retirement benefit plans and welfare benefit plans. Her practice also focuses on ensuring that retirement plans and health and welfare plans operate in a cost-effective manner that complies with legislative and regulatory changes.
She also assists clients with drafting and updating such plans as well as with plan mergers and terminations. She has experience handling the ERISA aspects of private equity and other corporate transactions, as well as performing ERISA review of real estate transactions involving plan assets.
Linda has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America each year since 2010 as an Illinois Super Lawyer on six separate occasions and by The Legal 500 US and Chicago’s Best Lawyers for Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law. She has also been recognized as a leader in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (recommended in “Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation”) since 2022.
