Linda represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including securities, patent, and complex commercial litigation. She is also a Navy veteran and previously served as a judicial extern for the Hon. John Z. Lee of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Linda has represented clients in claims brought under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as in enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
