Linda Perez Clark is a corporate law attorney and business advisor based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and serves as Managing Partner of Kean Miller. With more than 30 years of experience, she counsels privately and publicly held companies on commercial transactions and day-to-day business operations, drawing on a practical understanding of how legal guidance supports long-term business goals.

As Managing Partner, Linda provides strategic leadership for the firm while maintaining an active corporate law practice. She is widely respected within the firm and among clients for her collaborative approach, steady judgment, and commitment to thoughtful, solutions-oriented counsel. Her responsibilities include oversight of firm risk management, financial planning, and strategic business development, while fostering a professional, inclusive workplace culture.

In addition to her client work, Linda founded and directed Kean Miller Connection, an annual law school preparatory program designed to support individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in pursuing legal careers.

Linda’s corporate law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and complex business transactions. She regularly represents clients in negotiating and closing transactions involving significant financial scope, advising on matters that range from entity formation through sophisticated acquisition and restructuring efforts.

Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating sales, engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, including construction-related contracts for onshore and offshore energy projects, as well as supply agreements for goods and services and commercial leases.

Linda advises companies on entity structure and governance matters, including the development of company-wide standard forms, operating agreements, and buy-sell arrangements among owners.
