Biography
Leslie A. Kocher-Moar is Of Counsel in the Portland office of Williams Kastner, where her civil litigation practice concentrates on defending bodily injury and property damage claims, insurance coverage disputes, and appellate advocacy. She represents both individuals and corporations in matters that range widely in scale and complexity, and regularly advises insurers on a broad spectrum of coverage issues.
With over three decades of legal experience, Leslie has litigated extensively in Oregon Circuit Courts, Washington Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Throughout her career, she has tried more than 50 cases to verdict.
Leslie is also an accomplished appellate attorney, having argued cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court, as well as the Washington Court of Appeals, Washington Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
