Leslie Godfrey serves as Director of Litigation Operations at Hone Law, where she helps lead the firm’s commercial litigation practice and oversees the systems that support efficient, team-based legal representation. Based in Henderson, Nevada, Leslie develops litigation workflows, filing protocols, and project management processes that help streamline complex matters while supporting strategic case management for clients and attorneys alike.
In addition to her operational leadership role, Leslie represents clients in commercial litigation matters involving business disputes, financial institutions, manufacturers, and commercial landlords. She drafts dispositive motions and appellate briefs, manages large-scale litigation matters, and advises clients on litigation strategy in high-pressure and time-sensitive disputes. Her experience includes restructuring-related matters, complex civil litigation, and multi-party cases requiring coordinated legal and operational planning.
Before joining Hone Law, Leslie practiced at a national law firm, where she handled sophisticated commercial disputes and worked closely with businesses navigating challenging legal and operational issues. Her background in both litigation and law firm operations allows her to approach matters with a practical understanding of efficiency, communication, and long-term planning.
Leslie also played a significant role in developing Hone Law’s internal project management systems. She continues to support attorneys and legal staff through process development, mentoring, and operational coordination designed to improve client service and case execution.
Outside the office, Leslie is an accomplished offshore sailor who has logged more than 34,000 ocean miles as part of a two-person crew. Her experience navigating demanding and unpredictable conditions reflects the focus, adaptability, and strategic thinking she brings to commercial litigation and legal operations.
