Lesley Mercer

Lesley Mercer is counsel practising in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including class actions, product liability, professional negligence, shareholder disputes and restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Lesley has significant experience defending corporations in complex class and non-class proceedings involving product liability, consumer protection and securities law.

Lesley has appeared at both the trial and appellate courts in Ontario and has acted as counsel before courts in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland and Labrador.
