Biography
Leigh represents clients in Family Law and Family Law Mediation matters throughout Austin, Texas. She approaches each case with care and diligence, working toward practical resolutions through trial, settlement conferences, or mediation when appropriate. As a child of divorce, Leigh understands the emotional and financial challenges families face and applies thoughtful problem-solving skills to complex legal issues.
Leigh regularly handles high-conflict family law cases involving complex property division. Her experience includes litigating matters related to intellectual property, business valuations, and reconstituted estates arising from the dissipation of assets. She has also handled evidentiary challenges, including Daubert motions concerning expert testimony, and has tried multiple family law cases before a jury.
Leigh is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Her professional involvement includes service on the Family Law Council of the State Bar of Texas, membership in the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and past leadership as President of the Austin Bar Association Family Law Section. Leigh frequently speaks at family law courses and seminars and has authored numerous articles and publications on family law topics.
Leigh’s husband, Andre, is a Captain with the Austin Fire Department and the founder of the Emergency Service Pipes and Drums Association. Through this connection, Leigh has developed substantial familiarity with public safety employment and pension issues, which is particularly relevant when representing fire, police, and EMS professionals in divorce and family law matters.
Outside of her legal practice at Noelke Maples St. Leger Bryant LLP, Leigh is a Girl Scout troop leader for her twin daughters and volunteers with the Austin Yacht Club. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, writing, and painting.
