Léa Couture-Thériault

Léa works primarily in civil and commercial litigation, in the real estate, commercial leasing, construction and condominium sectors. Over the years, Léa has handled a wide range of civil litigation cases. Her clients include real estate developers, property managers, real estate investors and general contractors.

Her expertise in commercial leasing has led her to advise clients on the interpretation of their leases and the remedies available to them. She advises her clients on construction matters both after a project has been completed and during the course of a project, with a view to prevention and litigation. She deals, for example, with remedies relating to additional work, impact costs following construction delays, and the legal hypothecs of construction.
