Biography
Laurie L. Dawley is an Attorney and Senior Vice President at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. Her work focuses on business law, banking and finance law, real estate law, and mergers and acquisitions. She serves on the Firm’s board of directors and is past chair of the Firm’s business practice group and associate/recruiting committee; Past Chair of the Iowa Real Estate Commission; Past Chair of the Cedar Rapids Area Board and the Regional Executive Board of Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, Inc.; and is a member of the board of directors of Affordable Housing Network, Inc., a nonprofit corporation and subsidiary of Four Oaks of Iowa. Laurie is a member of the Cedar Rapids Downtown Rotary and serves as a Volunteer Attorney for Iowa Legal Aid.
