Laurenz Lipp

Dr Laurenz Martin Lipp is a counsel in the private clients team in POELLATH's Frankfurt office.

He advises family businesses, wealthy individuals and foundations on German and international inheritance and tax law. He specializes in questions relating to gifts and donations, inheritance cases and the inheritance tax optimization of corporate group structures. Frequent points of contact in his practice occur in complex executions of wills and foreign assets (e.g. trusts).

Laurenz always shows a great degree of empathy for the interests of his clients in order to find the best individual solutions for them.

Laurenz joined POELLATH in 2020 as an associate and served previous as a research assistant (2017-2018). He admitted as tax advisor in 2024 and admitted to the bar in 2020. He studied law in Mannheim, as well as at University of Muenster (Ph.D. 2023).
